Orders are prepared from our studio within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times vary by region, and available options are shown at checkout before payment.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and returned with original packaging and accessories.
To begin a return, contact us with your order number and a short note about the item.
If you ordered the wrong tool or finish, we can help arrange an exchange when inventory is available. Return shipping may apply depending on your region.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund.
